The "Gasograph 12C"

This instrument was engineered, designed, patented, and put into production in the early 1980's. It was developed in response to the need for a better method of yeast gas production monitoring in the milling and baking industry. It was a 12 channel, simultanious, recording instrument that was simple in concept, and required no calibration (it relied on the primary standard of the height of a column of water). Our "Mongaso" is a much simplified single channel instrument based on the same principles less the strip chart recorder and integral water bath.
